More Kanban View Filtering

Love the addition of the kanban view, but it's lacking two important functions to really make it useful:

1. Ability to filter by status (i.e. turn on and off columns as needed). This filter is already available in the table view.
   

2. Ability to rearrange the order of the columns and set a 'default' order. Typically a kanban board should flow from left to right in the sequence the project would naturally flow, however there doesn't seem to be a way to accomplish this currently.
